Through the self-developed comprehensive performance test algorithm of thermal imager, it is convenient and accurate to test the performance parameters of thermal imager: minimum resolvable temperature difference (MRTD), minimum detectable temperature difference (mdtd), field of view (FOV), zero travel momentum, optical axis consistency (infrared or laser), installation datum deviation, non-uniformity and distortion;

It has the function of system control simulation, quickly establishes the peripheral simulation environment of the thermal imager, and solves the simulation control problem after being separated from the main system during the maintenance of the thermal imager;

Establish communication with the thermal imager through a special interface, and load the thermal imager operation software, debug and save the internal parameters (such as focal plane position, non-uniformity, blind element replacement, gain, level, linearity, bias voltage, image orientation, etc.) on the PC console.
