Composite Gapless Line Arrester
The line type arrester is used for 6~220kV AC power transmission and transformation lines to limit line lightning overvoltage and improve line lightning withstand level. It is a new type of arrester specially designed to reduce the tripping rate caused by lightning strike fault in the system and suspended on transmission towers.
Our 110kV and 220kV composite jacket line arresters have passed the type test of the National Insulator Arrester Testing Center and have performed well.
Our company has adopted a unique design of core rod through ring resistor, directly crimping end fittings and reliable sealing process to make it have the tensile strength of suspension composite insulator. (Patent No.: 2007200155561.4). The flexible hardware configuration at both ends avoids the stress on each connection part when the arrester is swayed by the wind.
