Arrester Discharge Counter Monitor

JS-8 discharge counter adopts ZnO resistor, which is applicable to zinc oxide arrester of 220KV and below in 5~10KA system; JSZ-8 type discharge counter has added photoelectric alarm indication, green indicator light appears during normal operation, and red indicator light appears when lightning arrester leakage wave exceeds the warning value, which can be used for online detection of lightning arrester.

JCQ-C series monitors use ZnO resistors, which are suitable for 330KV and below zinc oxide arresters of 5~10KA systems. JCQ-C5 monitors are a new type of monitors developed and produced by our company on the basis of summing up and absorbing advanced technologies at home and abroad. They are equipped with fault alarm flash smelting devices. JCQ-C6 monitors are equipped with dual ammeters, which can monitor the leakage current flowing through the arresters, It can also monitor the leakage current flowing through the surface of the arrester for reference in operation.
The performance of the discharge counter meets the national standard JB/T2440-1991 (Arrester discharge counter). The performance of the monitor meets the national standard JB/T10492-2004.
The environmental conditions used are the same as those of the connected arrester.
□ Structure and characteristics
1. The novel and unique structure design of rectifier body is adopted, with compact structure, superior sealing performance and stable and reliable operation;

3. Three position electromagnetic counter is adopted, which can record nearly 1000 times of discharge, return to zero automatically after full degree, and cycle counting works without resetting;
4. The current measurement adopts a special non-linear calibrated milliammeter, which has the advantages of clear reading, high resolution in small current area, and vibration resistance;
5. The specially made milliammeter shall mark the operation area of the arrester leakage current with color scale, and judge the operation state of the arrester (see the performance parameter table)
6. Fault alarm is set. When the leakage current of the arrester exceeds the set value, it can automatically send out an alarm signal. The signal mode is red green alternating flashing, which conforms to human visual physiological characteristics and improves the early warning ability.
