JN4-12 Indoor High-Voltage Grounding Switch
JN15-12 high-voltage grounding switch is used for indoor 3~12KV three-phase AC 50Hz power system and various types of high-voltage switchgear, as well as for grounding during maintenance of high-voltage electrical equipment. The grounding switch has simple and compact structure, light weight, flexible operation, convenient installation and good dynamic and thermal stability.
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
2. The ambient temperature shall not be higher than+40 ℃ and not lower than - 10 ℃.
3. The daily average relative humidity is not more than 95%, and the monthly average is not more than 90%.
4. The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees.
5. The installation site shall be free of gas, steam, chemical precipitation, smoke, dust, dirt and explosive corrosive substances that seriously affect the insulation and conductivity of the grounding switch.
6. The installation site shall be free from frequent and violent vibration.
Structure and Working Principle Editing and Broadcasting
1. Main structure: the grounding switch is composed of support, grounding knife assembly, static contact, sensor, shaft, crank arm, compression spring, conductive sleeve and soft connection.
2. Working principle. The grounding knife on the grounding knife assembly is firmly and reliably contacted with the flange of the static contact through the disc spring. During the opening operation, the torque makes the main shaft overcome the main torque and spring force, drive the crank arm to rotate along the opening direction, and make the grounding knife compression spring pass through the dead point, and the compression spring energy storage is completed for the next closing. The grounding switch and closing speed have nothing to do with the operating speed of people.
