□ Structure and working principle
The operating system of the grounding switch is designed as a spring energy storage form, which has the ability of fast closing. When the operating link is closed, the operating link drives the gear on the grounding switch, so that the main shaft rotates in the closing direction. The spring is compressed to store energy, and the spring energy is released when reaching a certain position (after the main shaft starts to move 30 ° from the lower limit and exceeds the central line) to achieve fast closing. At this time, the closing speed is independent of the operator's action, and this structure ensures that the grounding switch has the required closing capacity.
Similarly, when opening, the operating linkage drives the gear on the grounding switch to rotate along the opening direction, and the spring device stores energy. When the spindle rotation angle exceeds 45 °, the spring energy storage device releases energy to close the grounding switch.
This grounding switch can be configured with different types of high-voltage live display devices according to the user's requirements. Its supporting post insulator can be epoxy resin insulator or DXN passive live display device.
