GW9-10 outdoor high-voltage disconnector is a single-phase AC 50HZ high-voltage switchgear, which is used in the power system with the rated voltage of 10KV to connect or disconnect the power supply with voltage and without load.

□ Operating environment
a. Altitude not exceeding 1000m
b. Ambient air temperature: upper limit+40 ° C, lower limit - 30 ° C in general areas, and - 40 ° C in alpine areas
c. Wind pressure shall not exceed 700Pa (equivalent to wind speed of 34m/s)
D. Seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees

□ Structure and working principle
The disconnector is of single-phase structure, and each phase is composed of chassis, pillar insulator, switch blade, contact and other parts. There are screws for adjusting contact pressure and springs for pressing on the side of the switch blade. The upper end is equipped with a fixed buckle and a self-locking device connected to it for opening and closing of insulating hook bar.
Compared with the unmodified product in structure, the new product has the advantages of large contact area, low contact resistance, good electrical conductivity and mechanical strength.
□ Structure and working principle
This disconnector is generally installed upside down, and can also be installed vertically or obliquely (the moving contact is below). Use M12D bolts to fix the chassis at a suitable position on the cross arm. It should be convenient to pull and close the knife switch on the ground with the hook of the brake rod, and ensure that the chassis will not become loose during operation. The incoming line shall be connected to the static contact side, and the outgoing line shall be connected to the moving contact side. Proper distance shall be kept between three-phase switches to avoid short circuit.
