(H) GW9 Outdoor AC High-Voltage Isolating Sswitch

(H) GW4 type outdoor high-voltage disconnector is used for three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment, which is used for opening and closing of lines under the condition of voltage and no load, and for electrical isolation of electrical equipment such as overhauled high-voltage buses and circuit breakers from live high-voltage lines. It can also be used for opening and closing small capacitive or inductive currents. When the knife switch is in the normal opening position, an insulation distance meeting the safety requirements can be provided. It is widely used in 35-220kV substations.

□ Main structure and characteristics

1. The disconnector is of double column horizontal rotary type, which is composed of base, post insulator, terminal block, left and right contact assembly, grounding knife, etc.

2. The shaft socket connection is adopted between the contact finger and the contact finger base, and the copper soft connection is adopted between the terminal block and the contact rod, which greatly reduces the resistance of the main circuit of the product compared with the old structure.

3. The lower ends of the two post insulators are fixed on the rotating disc at the upper end of the bearing pedestal, and the left and right contacts are respectively fixed on the upper end of the post insulator. The operating mechanism drives the rotating disc to make the post drive the contact arm to rotate 90 degrees. The rotating disc of the other post rotates 90 degrees at the same time due to the pull of the cross link, so the knife switch is disconnected or closed to one side. The contact opening is large, and there is enough insulation isolation fracture to ensure its safety.

4. The rolling shaft transmission is adopted, which can save operation effort, rotate flexibly, and open and close freely.

5. The product has three ways: ungrounded, single grounded and double grounded. There is a reliable mechanical interlock between the spindle and the grounding to ensure its safety.

6. Equipped with CJ2 automatic operating mechanism or CS-17G manual mechanism, electromagnetic lock can be attached. The positioning device on the operating mechanism can ensure that the contact and the static contact are in the correct contact position or breaking position.
