(H) GW5 Series Disconnector

(H) GW5 type outdoor high-voltage disconnector is used for three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment, which is used for opening and closing of lines under the condition of voltage and no load, and for electrical isolation of electrical equipment such as overhauled high-voltage buses and circuit breakers from live high-voltage lines. It can also be used for opening and closing small capacitive or inductive currents. When the knife switch is in the normal opening position, an insulation distance meeting the safety requirements can be provided. It is widely used in 35-110kV substations.

□ Main structure and characteristics

1. Each isolating switch single pole is composed of base, two post insulators, wiring base, left and right contact assembly, grounding knife, etc;

2. The shaft socket connection is adopted between the contact finger and the contact finger base, and the copper soft connection is adopted between the terminal block and the contact rod, which greatly reduces the resistance of the main circuit of the product.

3. Two post insulators are arranged in "V" shape and installed on the same base, which has the advantages of small floor area and less installation of metal frame;

4. The rolling shaft transmission is adopted, which can save operation effort, rotate flexibly, and open and close freely.

5. Rotate through bevel gear, so as to ensure that the opening and closing actions of the two columns are consistent;

6. The intersection angle of the axis of the two pillars is 50 degrees, and the rotation angle is 90 degrees. After the opening, there is enough insulation isolation fracture to ensure its safety;

7. The crank arm and pull rod at the base are driven by the operating mechanism to make the two post insulators rotate synchronously to realize the opening and closing operation,

8. The product has three ways: ungrounded, single grounded and double grounded. There is a reliable mechanical interlock between the spindle and the grounding to ensure its safety;

9. Equipped with CJ2 automatic operating mechanism or CS-17G manual mechanism, electromagnetic lock can be attached. The positioning device on the operating mechanism can ensure that the contact and the static contact are in the correct contact position or breaking position.
