(H) GW13 neutral point disconnector

(H) GW13 type neutral point disconnector is used for three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor high-voltage electrical equipment, which is used for opening and closing the neutral point connection of transformer without load. When the knife switch is in the normal opening position, an insulation distance meeting the safety requirements can be provided.

□ Structure

1. Single pole V-shaped double post rotary structure, with small floor area, mainly consists of base, post insulator, conductive circuit, operating mechanism, etc.

2. The two insulating pillars are respectively installed on the bearing pedestal connected with the base at a 50 degree angle, and the bevel gear is used for meshing transmission. The conductive brake is divided into two halves, which are respectively fixed on the post insulator, and the contact is in the middle of the two posts.

3. When the operating mechanism acts, it drives one post of the post insulator to rotate for 90o, and the other post rotates for 90o at the same time due to the engagement of the bevel gear, so the knife switch will open and close to the same side. After opening, there is enough insulation isolation fracture. The positioning device on the operating mechanism can ensure that the contact is in the correct contact position or breaking position, so as to ensure its safety.

4. It can be equipped with CJ6G improved electric mechanism, or CS17IV improved human mechanism. The manpower mechanism can also be equipped with a new DSW4 electromagnetic lock.
